FERNLEY GOLF CLUB

A brief meeting was held Wednesday, July 20th. President John Angleson presented two proposals from the Golf Course management. Number one was to start play at 8 AM with a shotgun start at a cost of $2 per player . Number two was to keep our 9 AM starting time. After discussion, John was asked to meet with management and ask if we kept the 9 AM starting times could we have a shotgun start. John met with the management and the following was offered. Keep the 9 AM starting time with a modified shotgun start of 8 players on one, then 8 players on 18 continuing back to 17 etc. depending on the number of players. This solution was accepted unanimously by the club and will be in effect starting next week July 27th, 2011.
